Thy hand is in this design that I must know him...
For I am beguiled of this man, this Robin Goodfellow, this Puck,
Who stirs my heart with dreams of youth and beauty,
And in so doing, must transform my sanity and comfort.

Thy hand is in this design...
That I must feel and know the feeling of myself again,
This time unfettered by the fear of a heart laid bare
And made safe beneath the layers of subterfuge and guile.
I was protected and guarded against this temptation.
It was not my intent to admit him in.
And yet my senses are filled with him-
he has taken residence within my heart-
an unwelcome yet delicious boarder
of dark mystery and feeling.

Thy hand is in this design...
For it was not my plan to be entranced.
I am bewitched and must look upon his face
and know the beauty there within.
What has Thou done to me at this middle hour of my life?
To what purpose am I torn apart
and destined to look again at the contents of my heart?
There is folly here and I will not a fool be made.
Yet my heart says trust- that in this design,
I might know Thy will for me.
Lead me forth from this summer’s dream
that I might awaken and know the truth of me.

powerbreather

The Powerbreather is a breathing system (based on the concept of a sealed snorkel) and developed in Germany. The system uses a patented air flow pumped by a valve mechanism. The Powerbreather allows only air to pass through the pipe leading to the mouth of a swimmer. The Powerbreather avoids strain on the neck muscles, which is usually done by turning the neck and head, in order to breathe. Thus, the Powerbreather allows the swimmer to concentrate on his/her technical improvements. The water can not enter the system, even with the swimmer immersing further, because the two valves only allow air to be inhaled.

Czech artist David Černý purchased the traditional 1957 London bus in the Netherlands and modified it by attaching two huge muscular arms powered by an electrical engine and lots of wiring and suspension tools that push the vehicle up and down. The exercizes are accompanied by the recording of sounds evoking intense physical exertion. Entitled London Boosted, this buff robot bus will be parked outside the Czech Olympic headquarters in London’s Islington neighbourhood for the duration of the 2012 Olympic Games. the h house by wiel arets architects

The H House in Maastricht, Netherlands was designed by Dutch architects Wiel Arets Architects and it is the ideal home for the artistically inclined owners. Although the home was built in suburban area, its minimal structure fits in the existing environment without the sacrifice of desired contemporary architecture. Minimal use of walls in interiors emphasizes the volumes of space, creating the effect of uninterrupted flow. Edited color palette consisting primarily of various shades of white provides soothing backdrop for the play of light and shadows, formed by the geometry of large windows and strong angles of interior structure. Seamless transition is further supported by the use of glass throughout, differentiating in its shape, transparency and opacity. Very interesting staircase floats above the ground and even more supports the careful definition of space.

This is a floor lamp that utilizes the particular character of the Poly-net, which is composed by extremely elastic and light net, enable to contain an object inside. The principal structure of this lamp is built by one cylinder of the Poly-net with two metal supporter in the end. Compressed by knitting, a globe of plastic containing LED deform the cylinder and diffuse light in the environment. The structure is able to be modified in height, simplistically cut the end part. Many people in the world seem to be at war with each other. We see families split through disagreements, gang warfare on the streets, politicians arguing, whole civilisations and religions constantly battling. This device aims to help those who are at odds with each other make a first move toward reconciliation. A traditional handshake can sometimes be just too big a step for those entrenched in their dislike of the other. No matter how important it is for two people to reconcile their differences they simply can’t get over their pride and lower themselves to the symbolism of a handshake with the other party.
